Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EPIC, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced by them. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

Use of the Platform

EPIC is designed to help users build digital profiles, manage content, connect social or business presence, and use AI companion tools. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the security, reliability, or experience of other users.

Accounts and Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. You should provide accurate information and promptly update account details when needed.

User Content

You are responsible for content you upload, publish, configure, or otherwise make available through EPIC. You should only submit content that you own or have permission to use. You retain ownership of your content, but grant EPIC the limited permissions needed to host, display, process, and operate it as part of the service.

AI and Companion Features

EPIC may include AI companion tools that generate responses based on messages, account context, and configured companion behavior. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for certain uses. You should review important outputs before relying on them and should not use companion features for regulated professional advice unless a qualified professional is involved.

Payments, Transactions, and Subscriptions

EPIC may support products, services, transaction tracking, subscriptions, or ledger-related features. Specific payment terms may depend on the feature and any third-party payment processor involved. Fees, refunds, taxes, and billing rules should be reviewed at the time of purchase or subscription.

Intellectual Property

EPIC, including its platform design, software, branding, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of EPIC technology or branding. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse EPIC assets except as permitted by law or written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use EPIC to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute harmful code, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload systems, impersonate others, or publish deceptive, abusive, or otherwise harmful content.

Disclaimers

EPIC is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to provide a reliable and useful platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every feature will always remain available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPIC and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may apply only to the extent permitted.

Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates risk for the platform or others, or is required by law. Users may stop using EPIC at any time.

Changes to Terms

EPIC may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Updated terms will be made available through the site. Continued use of EPIC after updates means the revised Terms apply going forward.
